Online shopping can be great... Ordering from the comfort of our sofa, cheaper prices, guaranteed stock availability, delivery to our doorstep - what more could a consumer want? Problems, however, arise when our long-awaited parcel is delivered and we find ourselves faced with an item that doesn't remotely look like what we ordered!
