Tagging and vandalism are illegal... And then there comes the day when you're strolling down a street and you happen upon an awesome artistic 'addition'! We're not talking mindless scribbles, but incredibly talented urban artists, who not only know how to draw, but also have a great sense of humor! A few paint strokes or funny additions later and hey presto! depressing concrete jungles are transformed into lively, colorful masterpieces...
