Buying online's great. No wandering around stores, websites that function 24/7, entire collections and ranges available, not forgetting price comparison options to help you get the best deal. Just place your order from the comfort of your sofa and then sit back and wait for the delivery to arrive. But there's a glitch... You can't try anything on or check the product out and have to rely on photos or descriptions. The result? Delivery of an item that doesn't look remotely like the one in the photo!
